We want you to be happy with your order; however, if you are unsatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. ** The original and reshipping fees are non-refundable. **

Returns are accepted on new, unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging.

- Once your order has been approved for a return, please pack your item(s) carefully to avoid damage during shipping, and include the order invoice for reference, along with the original packaging.

- Returns can be sent by USPS Mail. Tracking is optional; however, it is recommended to guarantee the successful delivery of your return.

- A refund for the purchase amount, minus the cost of initial shipping, will be issued once your returned order has been received and processed.

Please contact us if you would like to exchange your item for an alternate size or color. If you need your item altered or length adjusted, a small fee may be applied. A re-shipping fee will be applied to have the reworked item shipped back to you.

We try to do our best to ensure that each order is made carefully and packaged safely. In certain situations, such as if the item is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible to have a replacement can be issued.
